To use solder sleeves then I recommend a heat gun on a stand or placed somewhere solid to make it easy. It's best with a small aperture extension or one with a suitable size cut out. Then you can hold everything together and not get burnt 😉

I've not seen that type of connecter before. Would it also work with a heat gun?
