It’s all about that WHOLE FOODS plant based diet baby! I truly admire those that avoid animal products purely on ethical grounds but if we also eat predominantly whole plant foods then we will attract more to our cause as they will see the health and body shape benefits that they could reap, embodied in us! 🌱💪

I'm his brother. He called me when he was having heart palpitations... It was scary!

I was concerned he'd put it all on and then the cravings would be to much to lose it again 😅

It was crazy watching this journey unfold in real time, and amazing to see how many people joined him for the fat loss part of the journey.

TRUTH!!! At 45 went WFPB & Lost 120+ lbs and got off ALL 14 prescription meds within 1 year. That was over 7 years ago! It's REAL! It's HEALTH RESTORATIVE, not just Fat Loss, though I appreciate that as well!

This video has been so helpful. I am a new vegan and was wondering why on earth I gained weight when I switched over from my old eating routines...and I think it has been the part where I have been leaning on premade options.

This has definitely opened my eyes to the fact I need to start going for more whole foods.

A great new day. I suffered from metabolic syndrome (obesity, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and high blood sugar). I went whole food plant based no sugar or oil and low salt and I lost 65 pounds, all my conditions greatly improved, my gums stopped bleeding, and erections and energy returned. I used to have an appetite that was never satisfied; whole foods cured it. I no longer use a sleep apnea machine. Finally, the food is cheap-Beans, lentils, sprouted flourless grain bread, rice, oats, potatoes and seasonal apples. Also, I save money by not having to buy pills or visit the Doctor. I am thankful to all the vegans who suffered attacks to reveal the truth to me.

Best video I've seen in all my trying to learn about plant-based eating. My mate doesn't gain, and he eats anything he wants. I struggle daily with all the junk food in the house. I fail and I fall but so far, I have picked myself up and got back to business. Again, great video thank you!!

Thanks for this. As someone who regular eats processed vegan food I’m not finding I’m getting the full benefits of a vegan diet and have been thinking for ages to transition over to wholefood plant based. There needs to be more distinction between the two as it’s slightly false to say a “vegan” diet is better. I’ve put in weight as a vegan but I can see from this video why. Thanks again for the content and keep it coming :)

I wish this wasn't based on hitting 5k calories of junk food each day but rather intuitively eating vegan, with lots or all junk food, whether you reach 3k or 5k. I think everyone can predict someone is going to gain a ridiculous amount of weight, feel awful, and put their health in danger by adding an extra 3k in calories, switching to all junk food, and completely stopping their workout habit. But I'm glad you're okay and healthy now.
