Just turned 52 found you by accident YouTube shorts 😂 spot on many symptoms things I’m going through i’m going to have to dig in a little deeper for the menopause things with the anxiety somewhat depression aggravation hating my job as a nurse 30 years as one and I’ve got to where I hate it too much stress can’t handle it. i’ve been suffering with severe leg cramps for over a year keep telling my doctor and the only thing she’s done is told me to cut out caffeine which I hardly have any caffeine. I don’t drink pop only coffee and it’s usually decaf. maybe one cup regular a day. Shoulder pain is also an issue. I’m 5’8” and 145 pounds. I am good height and weight. Tree nut and peanut allergy. I need an appointment with you 😂

...We use calcium ever time we move a muscle. The body stores it when it's in our food and uses it from our bones if it's not in our diet. Hormones control this process. Best to keep enough going through the GI tract from a healthy diet so that when you are old you still have solid, strong bones! I was in an anatomy class in college with skeletons on tables for us to study. The young skull (smaller) was heavier than the adult / old person's skull. Eat healthy and drink water, not sugary drinks.

Grinding eggshells and adding powder to yogurt or other food makes getting your calcium so much easier than eating all that food, especially if you are petite and don’t eat a lot. I just learned this and it’s so simple and makes my life so much easier. 😉👍

I had a problem with low vitamin D. You can't absorb calcium if you don't have D. It's very painful.

I think she like most ppl are trying to do good things...but typically leave us with more questions. As she states in multiple places it is different for every body.

I'm 60. I finished menopause by 55. I've had treatment resistant depression for over 30 years & it's getting worse! The only relief I've had are ketamine IV infusion therapy.
But, it's expensive!
And I the past 4 months I've had to scale back from weekly infusions, which were WORKING has been reduced to 1x in 6 weeks!
I feel like I'm dying! In pain physically. The depression is so excruciating... I'm crying all day.
My next infusion is 1-3-24.
If I thought I could get in with ANY clinic, I'd be hunting them down, cuz I'm in so much emotion PAIN, I can hardly breathe!
Currently have uncontrollable high blood pressure. I went to the VA ER when I hit 199/108. They doubled my Losartan.
This is NOT living!!!!
This is SURVIVING, for survival's sake.
I made promises to family & friends that I wouldn't check-out early.
Some days, that's a white knuckle ride to keep those promises.
And ... the VA doesn't do ANYTHING for menopause.
I hate this. Crying all day, every day, over nothing is exhausting. 😢😔

😳 those are all symptoms I’ve been experiencing. I love how you list options of natural foods containing calcium vs suggesting synthetics. ❤

Leafy greens, poppy seeds cooked in foods, salmon. I'm not particular about beans and lentils.
