I get very SEVERE HEADACHES because my body produces to much calcium, trigger I believe was when I was very ill and took a lot of tablets for a short period of time. Everyone recommends Apple cider vinegar and magnesium and vitamin K2, s there anything else natural someone could recommend please because I'm still experiencing SEVERE HEADACHES thankyou in advance. i had a really bad does after radiation and hormone treatment, almost dying from it, had dilerium, confusion and full on memory loss, they hit me up with a massive amount of via iv phosphate . they had a lot of trouble stablizing the calcium levels, when the finally did on the transfer back from a major hosp to my local i fractured a vertibra in my back just by sitting in the ambo, back ok getting in and agony getting out, after a few weeks calcium levels back to normal and its now over 18 months, the docs cant under stand it as they said normal is to still get flucuations when mine is steady
