I didn't use the band and weights but still loved it. It was a great workout. Feels very good.

I just want to say that I am doing the exercises on first floor and I have two stars to climb to go to my bedroom/shower. I. Am. SWEATING. Day 2, checked!!!

I feel it more in my quads than my bum but I guess those excercises also work for the legs. Maybe I'm not pushing my bum back enough. Nevertheless loved the workout and the crap walks are a killer but loved it at the same time!!! Thank you so much for thos challenge!!!

If i do two videos of this during the week im making any worht? By the way im including this on my dailys workouts, but this ones twice a week

My understanding is that high rep low weight workouts like this one don't serve to "grow" muscle mass. It's still good exercise and will make you stronger, but the only way to really pack on muscle mass and see substantial hypertrophy is with higher weight.

I managed to do the first half of the workout but then I realised that the second half was going to be really hard considering I fell off my bike and scratched my knees earlier today </3 .Oh well... gotta do the second part another day :´)

EDIT: I actually managed to do most of them (apart from the first one of course xP) !!!
