Magnesium with GLYCINATE. Also, make sure you are taking a full dosage. One pill doesn’t do it. My bottle takes four. Made all the difference in the world for my system!

My anxiety is so high I have heart palpations. My doctor just wants to prescribe the antidepressant band aid. I will take a very low dose of Xanax because I don't have depression. I'm so sad that doctors are no longer doctors. Tysm Dr. Mandel. You're a breathe of fresh air. God bless you.❤

I have 90% dark chocolate for magnesium intake also pumpkin seeds with oats & salmon & veg daily and take milled flax seed and cod liver oil capsule with two spirulina tablets and a multivitamin.
