Tips to calm. Minds 1 ) sitting straight calm the minds 2) reading books help concentration . 3) spending time on park observing trees, birds, fountain 4) focus on breathing slowly 5 ) stay away from gadget before bedtime. Or at least 5 hours or more6) eat less talk less dont gossip.

6 breaths per minute... Conscious deep slow breath.. Best way to calm

Doing cold compressions with an ice pack or a frozen bag of peas helps immediately and enormously.
Focus on your neck, forehead, cheeks.


Running your hands under cold water for 3-5 minutes also works wonders.


This is my personal favourite, eating/drinking/chewing on something extremely sour, like amla juice lemon juice, tamarind flavoured candies works immediately.
