The problem is that most of those shitty teammates are the biggest baiters and will never entry until you do. So you basically have to enter and dont get traded when you die and if you die they sometimes even retreat and wait for the next person to entry.

The problem is every single person in silver - diamond thinks that they are that good teammate and their teammates suck. When in reality most people are not any better than their teammates and are stuck in their rank for a reason.

Problem is lot of low elo player didn't have courage to double pick or crossfire to trade kill they stand and baiting u then rotate only to get caught either by enemy or spotted by enemy utility. I think low elo player really need to work with your teammate to pick and got trade kill so even when your enemy plays better than you they couldn't aim with precision if u and your teammate coming from different angle. Courage is really something that people really need to improve alongside crosshair placement and movement

better tip to get out of low elo get teammates that you play well with had mates that I played with but didn't play well kept bottom fragging almost every time we played still play with them just on another account then I met some friends who were apart of the same discord we worked well good coms good coordination and could play off of each other really helped get out from silver to diamond

worst part is, my bad teammates think they're so good that they need to bait others, like reyna instalock or jett instalock, will be waiting behind the team until the team engages and he will then try to do a 1 v 2 or 1 v 1 and lose and then say we're bad.
