Correction: *Quick Mud*
Quick sand will not suck you down completely, funny enough sand has more resistance than mud so even though mud is thicker in texture that you would think it's easier to get out, but it would be more difficult to come out from mud than sand.

Quicksand is a mixture of sand, water, and sometimes mud that acts like a liquid when pressure is applied.
Quicksand is often found in areas where pools of water are partially filled with sand and there is an underlying layer of clay or other dense material that prevents drainage. Quicksand can appear solid, but when pressure is applied, it liquefies and can trap objects that sink into it. Quicksand is denser than the human body, so it's not possible to drown in it. If you get stuck in quicksand, you can try gently kicking your legs back and forth to loosen the sand and pull yourself free.

On the other hand, Quickmud is type of mud which is like quicksand, but has a noticeably darker,  wetter surface - resembling a pool of mud. If one happens to fall into quickmud, they will quickly sink down! One can also sink to various depths in quickmud and on rare occasions people can get completely sucked under!

Looks like this was filmed at Weston-Super-Mare in Somerset, England!! Every year tourist get caught out in the sinking mud & fast tides. Many tourists have died over the years along this stretch of coast. Our coast guard has two special hovercrafts just to rescue people stuck in the mud. So, if anyone watching this short is planning a trip to Weston, or Burnham-on-Sea or Brean & Berrow, please take note, this could save your lives. I live not far from these beaches, it's incredible how many people ignore the warning notices everywhere.
