As a trucker I made a delivery to skinny pop warehouse
Found out the packages had been there 2 years
I assume all snack food is in the same boat .
I only snack on potato chips very occasionally
I won't touch chip snacks ever again

I consumed prunes the past month, but I decided to quit it and substitute it to fresh fruit. I heard that dried fruit also assisted in raising hemoglobin, alongside other food as well, therefore I decided to add it to my nutrition. I am expecting results on Friday. Moreover, I've always preferred fresh fruit over dried; in fact, the only dried fruit I ever liked was prunes.

Thank you for this. I am close to ending a 3 week detox and have been looking for forward to popcorn. I will avoid this now until I get to my goal weight and know how to work it into my diet appropriately.

You sure do practice what you preach! I remember having a colicky baby who would not be put down. I was a single mom and ate whatever I could get together and shove in my sleep deprived face! You are doing wonderfully and your little Sage is just so precious! You are glowing, I believe I looked much like a zombie with crazy blond curls!

Daily fasting raised my awareness of how various foods make me feel. I was in the mood for popcorn as an evening treat at home. My gut revolted the next day. That was the second try, so now it has lost its appeal. Yesterday I was craving beef, so I just cooked 1/2 lb of ground beef for lunch. I ate it with some homemade sauerkraut. I felt full, satisfied, and body was happy. Had pasta with homemade pepper sauce for dinner, but it sat like a stone in my belly. Everything sounds good, but I'm learning to pay attention to the impact things have on me. I still eat ice cream now and then and just pay the price. 😊

Great info! Could you please make a video of foods that help in gaining weight? My teenage son has a hard time gaining weight ; he is a swimmer so he burns tons of calories. Thank you!

Just fyi about The dates in pregnancy, I had a completely natural non-medicated birth. It was also my first and I never ate one date because of how much sugar they contain. I believe keeping active my whole pregnancy, was what gave me such an amazing birth and I see how active you were in your pregnancy, so I really believe that’s what had to do with it. so if your next pregnancy you don’t want to add in the dates, I don’t believe it would change your outcome. But if you like dates then go for it!I just don’t think they make a difference in birth Ty for the videos love learning from you!

Bone broth is no more beneficial than ordinary broth. Collagen is broken down and absorbed like all other sources of amino acids.

7 hours eh? My mum was a nurse on maternity ward when I had my first. Active full on ‘this kinda hurts’ labour to delivery was 50 mins. Even back then (1993) she said don’t be talking about the length of your delivery in the baby area, you’ll get beaten up! 😂hahaha
In those days all the Mums took their babies to a large communal area. Bathed them, change their cot linen, chatted, got to see who else was there, make new friends. It was awesome.
Number two was posterior. 6.5 hours of feeling like I was going to fall in 1/2. Number 3. Nearly didn’t make it! Born 10 mins after I got there. 😳
But I win. Hahaha no morning sickness, nothing. 3 drug free births. I reckon if I was having babies 150 years ago I’d have like 15 kids 😂 at least!

Learning that pregnancy nausea is because we are suffering from magnesium deficiency. Remember that if you decide to have another baby. Lots of Epsom salt baths and magnesium supplements. ❤
