When making my daily oatmeal/ porridge, I add one spoonful of ground flax and one spoonful of chia seeds to the oats, along with plant-based milk, cinnamon, allspice, and chopped fruit. Flaxseeds are good for helping to deal with prostate issues. I have a tablespoon added to a granola and mixed fruit breakfast, add a tablespoon to soup and add to baking bread.
