Are you speaking from words of wisdoms or wounds?

1. Reckless words react to protect, not to heal. Tit for tat in hurting people. You respond to protect a hurt space. You feel offended so you hurt someone else.

Solution: use the moment as a learning lesson and growth opportunity. Use conversation for a growth to make the situation better. Heal people heal people through emotional intelligence.

2. Wounded words always assume the worst. Wounded people are never waiting for clarity or truth or understanding. Believe the worst instead of giving the benefit of the doubt. Jump to assumptions and never allow the spirit of God to give me truth and trust what’s happening in the moment.

Solution: Listen. Ask. Clarify. Seek to understand. Don’t assume. Speak life. Build trust with your words.

3. Hurtful words reveal unhealed pain. Functioning in old cycles and hurting good situations. Most hurtful words are the ones we say to ourself.

Solution: live beyond your words. Break old behaviors and cycles. Listen to what you say to and about yourself. Heal yourself with your word of God. Let God heal you.

Chose wisdom 🙌🏾
