As a person that deals with sleep paralysis, I can say that that is NOT a sleep paralysis… you can’t move you can’t talk and it’s hard to breathe

You can’t move your head around during sleep paralysis because the head is still under PARALYSIS. Your eyes don’t open during sleep paralysis either. Any movement you remember doing during sleep paralysis happened in the dream!

Sleep paralysis is scary shit!! I used to get it so much I would be afraid to go to sleep! Then it stopped for a few yrs, then came back around. Then i had another SP episode about a week ago.

I used to have sleep paralysis when I was younger, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I couldn’t move and I couldn’t speak or open my eyes.
I don’t think this is a real case of sleep paralysis, if anything she might be having a lucid dream.
If you’re having true paralysis then you are not going to be able to do anything but wish you could wake up.

It's sleep paralysis, she's fighting to wake up, she knows she has a baby. Her husband needs to wake her up, this isn't fun for her.

I dont think thats how your head works when you have sleep paralysis. There were times I felt I had this paralysis before, but the most recent time, my eyes jolted open. I couldn’t move my head or the rest of my body. My cat sat in the corner of my bed, staring at me. Behind him, was a misty see-through blood red blur, the size of a child, which ran past that corner of my bed. I thought it been a short time, but when I blinked, finally, my body was finally able to move, it seemed longer than it did when the demonic child ran by. It was red from head to toe.
My cat was still there, still staring at me. I was a little unnerved, scared, but was comforted by the sight of my cat.
