I’m a kid but anyways this happened to me once but just know your fine nothing bad will happen. Your just pretty much scared because you can’t actually move but remember it’s to scare you, and as a Christian this is probably a plan to scare you from the devil but nothing will actually happen it’s only for a few minutes and you will wake up yourself, it will feel strange but if you are really scared close
Your eyes and don’t open them, I did it once and I woke myself up it was only day time so do this if
