If you've never had this let me explain. Sleep paralysis is probably the worst thing you will ever experience. You wake up and everything is red and dark you can't see much. But a demon starts to appear and f___ with you it sucks

I’ve only had it a few times when I was about 4 or 5 but I remember it vividly. My room was basically a thick hallway, with a radiator on the other side of the room facing the door. I had always been tied to the radiator when the paralysis kicks in, and it would be early morning. I know that because of the light through my window and the sound of Good Morning Britain coming from the living room TV. This pure pale ghost like figure would slowly come towards me in the span of 30 minutes. I would make a slight sound, but when I try to speak or scream, my voice goes all croaky and quiet each time, unable for anyone else in the flat to hear me, and eventually, when the 30 minutes is up, the room turns black, and the pale face of the figure floats towards me at rapid speed, screaming like a little girl mixed with a radio demon scream. The last time I had it was around 3 years ago now, even in a different house, I went back to the same flat, with the same furniture, tied to the same radiator. I can now gladly say I haven’t experienced it since and can sleep reasonably without the worry of seeing that pale figure again.
