Piatto semplice e gustosissimo oltre che nutriente.
Proverò anche questo metodo, di solito risottavo le fettuccine con burro e un mestolo di acqua di cottura, mantecandole alla fine con il parmigiano e una spolverata di pepe nero.
Grazie per la dritta, assolutamente da provare questa variante.
