Hi i'm Joe, I have created this YouTube channel to show my progression from a skinny teenager who is sick of being skinny to hopefully in the future being more muscular and just better in general both physically and mentally.
If you do enjoy my content it would mean lot if you could hit the like button and maybe even consider subscribing. Thank you!

Can I just say the recording of this (setting up the camera) made this challenge 10x harder 😂

Joe actually runs 8 minute 5ks he just spends the extra putting his camera up

As a person who runs 5k frequently, this progress is near impossible unless you are blessed with a miraculous cardiovascular system.

I'm gonna start saying "knackered" let's see if it catches on in the US lol

How could you possibly get an accurate time if you’re stopping every 5 minutes to get a different camera shot.

Clearly paused the time when you were taking breaks

Joe is the type if kid that would double his calories if he ran to ensure he's bulking 😂😂😂

Tips for anyone looking to get into running:
1- Learn to pace yourself! Running fast is just like ego lifting: it will do little to no good. (This is for distance running of course, and not sprints.) You can either burn yourself out doing a fast km, or keep a comfortable steady pace for 3+km.

2- Use it or lose it. If you take a long enough break from running, you will easily lose any progress you made with endurance, speed and distance, but you can also gain it back easier. For example, I use to do a weekly 12 mile/19.3km run, and my best run was 9 miles/14.5km without a break. Right now? I assure you that I could barely run a mile without wanting to die.

If I pause my timer when I take a break, my 10k time is like 40 minutes, but obviously that isn't my true time because I'm a 14.5 stone man who only runs once a week. Distance times need to include stop durations or there's no point

Gotta respect how many times you left the camera behind for the shot and then had to run back to get it🤣

this whole video is bs. you’re telling you start/stopped the timer every time you came back for the camera?
