Eating healthy includes eating a variety of foods. There are no superfoods or bad foods. All foods have there healthy and unhealthy nutrients, it’s up to you to decide during your day which you will eat.
Eating foods that you like go hand and hand with living a healthy lifestyle (exercising/ not smoking/ decreased intake of alcohol).
Sometimes you can eat a burger for lunch (because on the run) but then you eat a black bean soup with salmon and broccoli for dinner. Whatever, your food choices are, always be mindful of what you eat.
Try to incorporate a variety of foods and fluids during your day.
As always, never:
Skip meals
Ban any foods
Think there is one superfood
