Its hard to get good amount of protein due to less bioavailability of protein in vegan diet in layman's term if you eat 10g of egg protein 7-8g will get absorbed easily where as if u eat 10g of soy protein only 4-5g of protein gets absorbed its very hard to maintain healthy vegan diet if you are a busy person and also a person from a 3rd world country also if you consume too much seed oil it would cause much more inflammation than consuming red meat
