Hopefully less people listen to the bro science and actually listen to folks like you. Keep it up!

I'm a massage therapist. Thank you for explaining a test I only remember as a way to test for hip joint pain.

That made me feel so much better for my squats I thought I was doing them wrong.

Hmm weird, I can still squat with the narrow stance, but I'm more comfortable with a wider stance anyway

Ugh I wish I could come see you. I struggle with deadlifts because of pain in my back. Anything with that same hinge movement triggers the pain. I can do squats fine but anything else.. nope. Been to every doctor, chiro etc and nobody can give me a straight answer to what it is. I gave up and took anything with that movement out of my workout.

It's amazing how anatomy changes person to person and exactly why there isn't ever "one way to (insert exercise here)."

Why I don't see such people in Asia or Slavics

Isn't it just the fact that when we squat our hips has to open and also that generally parallel foot is not a natural posture?

Wait so people can squat deeper with a wider stance vs a narrow stance? No way!
