You said there is a drop in image quality from the D7200. Less resolution doesn't mean less quality. Resolution has nothing to do with image quality. Camera makers keep making us think otherwise :). it might be a great camera. But the fact that it has only one SD card slot and you can't add a vertical grip makes it less attractive to professional and serious shooters. I won't take this with me to Africa for example.
