Why Nikon! Why would take out the second card slot on this long awaited model!!! I was so looking forward to upgrading my D7100 to this but without the second card slot it's just not going to happen...

Been a Nikon shooter for years, unfortunately they need to start offering stuff not taking it away. In the modern world and the upcoming photographers and videographers the Nikon name holds very little sway. They have found themselves late to the party yet again. Really thinking of switching my whole system.

I don't care about all this hate. Looks a good camera and I am going to get one for my birthday! It's a shame about the memory card slots and I wish you would get good video AF like canon. But my family all use Nikon and This should be a great upgrade from my D3300!! I will use this loads and get back to this comment with a review, I'm sure it will be a good review, thanks

There is no way to put a positive spin on taking out the card slot. That's a deal breaker. Bad move Nikon.

pffff, 1 card slot at $1, 250? Even the D7100 has two card slots, shame on you Nikon, this is a complete joke!!! Useless for professional photographers!!!

What the F%&$% is happening with Nikon? I have been using Nikon for 30 years and I am mad by this incredibly crappy release, and the very forgetable Snap Bridge.
Plus I do not know what is happening with the replacement for the D810 and the D720, upgrades that I am ready to buy.
