Microsoft Lists For Task Management

Thank you for the video. I am new to this. How can I retrieve a list that I am not sharing and it is not in sharepoint. I created a list in Lists. I need to create recurring daily tasks that no one else can see.

Hey!

Very good video and I tried attempting a variation of it on my own that failed.

In my list I have a status column that has "complete, On track, at risk, info and on hold" How do i setup a filter that will email based on those or basically one that ignores all that are marked "Complete" in the list itself?

I cannot, for the life of me, get the filters to work on my data. The list field names are sometimes multi worded and some include decimal places in the naming. Can anyone point me at a solution? The filter is effectively that above but with the complications mentioned.
