It's really amazing. Had been striving for night sleep for two years but in vain. Then I found this and implemented it and it did wonder. Now I enjoy a relaxing night sleep 😴💤

I always wake up at around 7am. I have blackout curtains but I open a part of it at night where the morning light would hit directly to my face.

hello.

Hi,
Thanks for taking the time to share what you know. I live in Northern Vt. and sunny days occur most often in July and August.
Overall, I’m struggling with depression, which is amplified during cloudy months (mid -October- late June). For the last several years, my physiological symptoms, during dark days, have become unmanageable.
I use a light, but it’s old and might not be as helpful as it should.
Would using the “right type “ of lightbulbs, in some of my lamps?
PS
I have NF Type 1, which may or may not be useful information.
Best, Reba

Unfortunately I live near the arctic circle and for several months in a row this is just impossible to do. Sun is gonna be out at 10-11am when I'm already at work and its going to set in 3-4hrs so some days I dont even see the sun at all.

When the sun is out, I even need to wear sunglasses in my living room, the air is simply too bright. I do go outside and drink my tea while I watch the skies but it’s an ordeal 😃

My husband is staring straight into the sun and saying you told him he was good for him. Is that the recommendation here?

Ok cool all give you one better. Instead of driving to work in the morning, how about you cycle or walk. Boom. You wouldn't need coffee at all

I’m still wondering if Red/NIR light boxes help, for those who are sick and bedridden and can’t get outside like they’d like to.

If you have a uv light, would that make any difference?

When “taking” sunlight, is it in through the eyes or on the skin as much as possible?

What about people who live within the arctic circle? I live there and in the winter we just don't have any sunlight for at least 2 months.

Not even theraputic light boxes? I'm doomed. I should give up on life now.
