How to make your day more productive? To have a productive day, there are things you should do every morning — and no, this doesn’t include chugging copious amounts of coffee! When you wake up, what’s the first thing you do? Check your phone? Get up and brush your teeth?

When I wake up I say”thank you God, thank you for my bed and a new day, bless us all and take care of the homeless and needy. May your Holy Spirit flow through me today, for your glory. Amen.” Then I drink a glass of hot water after having clean my tongue and mouth. Water, lemon and bicarbonate of soda. Have a great day!

1- Sleeping by 10 or 10.30 PM
2- Waking up by 5 AM
3- Drinking warm water with lemon
4- Suryanamaskar followed by stretching, push-ups, pull-ups and ending by doing Pranayam ( all this would take 1.5 to 2 hours)
5- Drinking some water again, followed by doing starting your work routine.

My morning routine:-

1. Wake up early (with 6-7 hrs of sleep)
2. Drink 1 glass of water
3. Walk 15mins & do some stretches
4. 45-75mins workout
5. Get a cold shower
6. Grab a Healthy breakfast
7. OH there is no 7. Then I continue my day with a happy fresh ViBe!!

I have similar routine in the mornings. I also run outside for a few min and do 15 min bible reading, prayer and devotion. They are very necessary and helpful!

Say positive affirmations
Visualisation
Meditation
1 minute smile exercise
Brush the teeth
Drink water.

I drink water right after I wake up, after I put on my training clothes I open the curtains, I love when the sunny day comes through my windows, I always have breakfast, specially hard boiled or scrambled eggs, depends if I’m very hungry or not..sometimes I make shakes with one/two dates, two bananas, a spoon of peanut butter, liquefy and yummy.. I do my exercises, mostly yoga, workout with dumbbells, walking/jogging.. I was walking/jogging at the park yesterday in the morning, then followed by a nice routine of yoga and I felt awesome after, my friends told me I looked good and relaxed, this video is helpful if there is something that I’m missing 😊 👍🏻

My morning routine: wake up at 5 am, use washroom then drink lukewarm lemon water. Prepare ingredients for breakfast for 5-10 minutes then do yoga for 30 minutes, pray then make breakfast, pack lunch then off to shower and get ready for office. I try to not drink tea or coffee in the mornings and instead drink 2-3 glasses of water or drink vegetable smoothie for breakfast :)
