Thanks a lot Nate. You are one of the reasons I didn't quit boxing when I wasn't able to do the moves properly as a beginner and felt like quitting. I have improved my execution since then and now I am loving boxing each and every time I do things the right way. I really wanted to thank you for being one of my online coaches. A true inspiration. My first time doing a shadow boxing workout as i look to get back into shape after piriformis knocked me for six . Got a good sweat and i can feel it all over. Nice. Thank you for sharing this.
