Let me just say that a great side effect of this channel is I have grown to love boxing as a sport. I used to think it was boring and just wanted to see the KO. Now that I understand what these guys are executing at such a high level it is one of my favorite sports. Thanks Nate!

These are really good work outs for me. I am a 50 year old man who used to keep feet through running and sports, but I’ve no cartilage in my knees any more so I’ve had to find alternatives. Most cardio exercise ours most of the load through the legs. Shadow boxing rally gets to cardio work out whilst being a bit kinder to the knees.
