I thought I hated Burpee’s. The sprawls were brutal.Thanks for the workouts Nate. And the motivational talking throughout. It really helps me get through these things. Keep them coming man.

I miss training so much. I did end up buying a heavy bag. Just discovered this channel, and between the combination of shadow boxing and heavy bag workouts, this is perfect for a home workout outside of training. And the content, including the drills and the combos, is quality. So thank you!

I love your videos, I have watched you for a while. I am not a so creative person but you give me so many cool exercises! Before I watched you I just took some upper-cuts, hooks and some small exercises on my heavy bag. Now I can do so much more! (I am norwegian and young, so I am not so good in english)
