Today is a 20-minute fat-blasting low impact cardio walk with a focus on stronger legs and glutes. Exercises will change every 30 seconds. During the 5:00-15:00 mark, we'll engage in a mixture of cardio and exercises to strengthen the legs. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2110 steps.

6/4/24 I'm back Jules. I love this workout actually I love all of your workouts. Jiving music touches our soul and gets us moving. Thank you for another day of energy and happiness. You are our dancing psychologist working our brains with great music down to our toes and making us feel better. I don't know why people spend so much money for someone to help them be happy when all they need is JULES the dance teacher.

Love your workouts. I'm 67 Type 1 diabetic and just recommended your workouts to my 92 year old mother-in-law. She loves them. Any age can do at their own pace. 😊

I’m always looking for leg workouts that are not boring. Squats are my thing and I loved the break up
