Aligning your actions with who you are is so crucial for an INFP. You might have to prioritize what you value most in order to do this. And you also need to think about what others see by your actions if you care about them supporting your values. If they don't see your actions lining up with what they perceive as your values they may not support you the way you need.

Dear Matt, big thanks to you for making such videos. I have huge problems with procrastination and your videos do help me in my journey. If you want/can, please, make videos about

1. How to put our ideas into reality instead of leaving it only in our head?

2. How to be brave and confident as an INFP to take first steps in realizing those ideas..

or shortly: how to find power to "just do it" and use Te, Se, and Ne more😔

Thank you very much 🙏🌱Keep up the good work, Matt👍

~ From INFP-T who falls far behind everybody else in career, life, and other stuffs 😞

So much of this rings true as an INFP - but I also think my identification with the INFP label prevented me from seeking out an ADHD diagnosis for years too. I chalked a lot of my struggles as an undiagnosed ADHDer up to "just being an INFP."

Having just watched your video, recommended by YouTube and titled "22 Signs that You're an INFP". As a 52 year old veteran INFP I found myself indulgently nodding away, not surprisingly yet entirely immersed in a precession of self similarity. Great presentation, again not unexpected as I found myself in thought then in question, as to how many times you wrote, read and rearranged only to write once again such a well worded script. As many times as I, upon this, of which you now cast your eye. I'm about to watch the above video and I must say it couldn't be more timely. Your back catalogue was shaping up ready square and centre. A front row seat as I procrastinate, by now I should know better. Cheers Heath

You have such a soothing voice, Matt! You should consider doing audiobooks at some point, :)

I am an infp but i also think i have adhd, been diagnosed with bpd and thats been questioned so not sure what it is but procrastination is very big factor and issue. Its like a triple factor. All i keep saying is get up, the rest of me is like no no point. The 10 note books and pens is very much me. Too many starts not enough finishes. Emotions were getting controlled and then they kind of take over again. Damn emotions. I know they can be used for good but so far they are more destructive then good. I have started to get on top of things but when i hit an emotional bump that can see me fall of off the planet earth to come to terms with everything it can be difficult and its like i have to restart all over again. Its usually when one thing leads to another and then its all out catastrophe. These tips and advice help much as i have lost my faith in any professional in South Australia. Literally self helping myself to be better managed. Not self diagnosing because im not a professional just simply improving myself from yesterday. 😊
