I think breaking things down is a much more important process of beating procrastination that he makes it seem in the video. While breaking down each task into steps that you can grasp, you'll start to notice that there are parts of the assignment you won't understand. For example, while breaking down the topics for an exam, there were around 15 terms that I had no clue about. I think it's these parts that can make us really want to procrastinate, even if we had no clue they existed.

Thank you. I really needed to hear this. I'm sure many people did. The thing is, I'm young, and I need some support, some rebuking, I don't know what exactly to call it. I don't get that. I procrastinate the whole day and avoid all my problems. I shouldn't do that but I never know where to start. Nobody will solve my problems for me. At the end of the day, I have to deal with it. So I should be more conscious of the decisions I make and not be so passive with my actions. I don't know why I wrote all this here either. I'm just gonna do it anyway, instead of retreating.
