Yes, I used to not want to exercise but I often find myself cooking things in the microwave for a minute and 20 seconds, please, no microwave hate, 😝, this is about taking baby steps and not feeling like you need perfection or nothing. So I started committing to working out just as long as I could while the microwave was going, walking in place, squats, jumping jacks, you name it, what happened is every day I could do harder stuff and last the whole time until eventually I wanted to work out i’m going to the gym for an hour was a fun and not nothing to overwhelming. There’s also a woman on YouTube name fly lady caught her book it’s pretty cool and starts by saying put this book down and go clean your sink even if it means having to wash the dishes first or eat even putting them on the floor till your sink is clean so you feel better about doing the dishes. 🙌 in her book she says the problem is not laziness, the problem is being an overwhelmed perfectionist.

I know this works for house chores. Just mop bathroom..just vacuum 1/2 living room.. just wash towels...😅 I should apply in other areas.
