I do both 30min running and 1hr weight training, and I go heavy. Works fine for me as long as I keep up my nutrients intake

Bhai mein kar raha hu resistance plus cardio which include various aerobic exercises skipping, sprints, running aur bhi bht kuch aur yeh bht acchi training hai meri body mein bht jyada farak aaya hai 2 saalo mein in logon ki baatein na sune khud mehnat kare all is in your mind agar mind pe kabu paa liya toh kuch bhi kar skate ho

Running makes muscle loose and if you do workout after running it will be good as you will prevent muscle loose So ignore these shits and Be Strong

Do what you feel like listen to your body .. if you feel like running go for a run if you feel like going to gym in the same day go for it .. if it's too much your body will let you know if it's not you will know that too ... don't keep on listening to others advice all the time .. listen to your body
