A lot of the issues i had were losing my confidence and inner peace. Being screwed over by my business partner and best friend sent me spiraling and becoming more anxious. Im really sorry for leaning on my ex too much- it really isn't like me. The growth is coming to not lose myself again and also grow from all this. I do miss and love her but deep down, i already knew i needed some change. However, i would like if she'd be willing to communicate more through her avoidant style. While i hope she works on some things, i know if i cant find myself again i wont be able to find her again.

thanks so much for another great video. your jokes crack me up .. the one in the middle of this one about err...umm.. explosive "digestive issues" had me cracking up so much that I had to pause and go back to the topic. I honestly usually don't like a whole lot of humor in videos like this but you put just the right amount in that there is some nice lighthearted energy. On another note your videos have been helping have real hope that I can have healthier relationships going forward in a real way. I just had a breakup 2 days ago 12 years long, she has major anxiety and depression, I’m completely cut off but one of my concerns is how she is doing, she has surgeries every year and she’s been going through many psychiatrists and psychologists every year and that’s all I ask from her family but I get no answer.

We were in so much love for 1 year. He was a BPD & Avoidant, later only I knew. But after 9 months only he did chats with me very personally. But he didnt like my long msgs, always msgs, he told it in a calm way, but I was anxious type & I had to explain bcos I needed him mo closer, have intimacy, bcos he was avoidant type. He gets angry so much, distance me whenever if I wanna go to next step. He got angry with me for a small issue for the 3rd time, 2nd time he broke up for few months, but came back after he realize he miss me, after I stop msgn him. 3rd time he broke up end of Sep in a mean way for sudden outburst & he has a huge trust issue for BPD :(

Sometimes its not you. In my situation my ex dump me for another man just cause she is an drug addict (coke) and an alcoholic. Apparently in our 3 years relationship she always been an addict... never saw it. This guy she monkey branch to, she had known him for 7 years! Even before i was in the picture.

Not always you you need to change. Not sure how i feel about this video or the other ones to "better yourself" when maybe you have an ex that is an drug user. You cant help them in that situation
