I finally got the courage to block my ex on all social media! She text me a week ago I ignored it, a week later she text me and asked to sit together at church! I waited 2.5hrs to respond. Not wanting to look to anxious! That made her mad and stated that we don't need to interact in any way! So this was my option to get my power somewhat back after being vulnerable and letting her mentally abusing me again! I hate games! Ain't gon' lie your videos have really helped me through my last break up, she broke up with me on December 2022, I remember I chased her for 1week and luckily for me I found your video on my YouTube feeds and since January 3rd, I've been on no contact, and just yesterday she called 6times and I picked the 7th one although I was busy. She said I came into her mind and she decided to call And I said okay, and with like 30secs of silence between us guess she wanted me to say something but I didn't I just hung up!

Now NC day 2. I have initiated NC again after a failed 3 day NC and me responding to him bread crumbing me "checking up on me after surgery". I could feel myself falling into the long msgs so then I said thanks for checking up on me, i'm home from surgery. NC since then. I want to be pursued. I'm no longer chasing.
