My ex and I have been broken up for 7 months now. He’s said all these things to me in the beginning. Just two days ago he said he still loves me and misses me (and he has a new gf) however, he still has not made any attempts to try to fix things between us. So I agree, people can still love you but not want to be with you at that moment. For my situation, I’m sure he’s not interested in trying to repair the relationship because I’ve been too available to him and he hasn’t felt the separation anxiety from me… yet. I’m ready to let it go and just let things play out because ultimately, I can’t control him, so why waste my energy trying?

My girlfriend and I broke up aug 23 and she says she doesn’t have feelings anymore cause she over the relationship because I wasn’t affectionate and initiating enough and I didn’t do the small things. But every time I call in to work or do something she is upset with me and text me. At first after the breakup she would send me pics of her kids at their soccer game or the dogs. After week two or three she stopped sending them but she still text me like all you are doing by missing work is pushing me away. I told you I can’t be someone who has a bad work ethic so I’m very confused on how she feels. I'm a good man and a good person, but I was unhappy mentally and in my personal life, which carried over into the relationship, and I didn't take her little complaints serious enough until it pushed her away. Now I'm blocked everywhere when all I did was text her 2 or 3 times after the break up in a few weeks. She was obsessed with me and madly in love at one point, now I'm non existent trash to her. Havent heard from her since nov the 15th. Miss her every day. Does anybody have any advice or suggestions for me? Do you think she will come back ? Should I give it a couple months then go around the block? Or just hope and pray she comes back on her own?
