When ever I get the spins I open my window and turn my fan on, the freezing cold air allows me to sleep. It only works in winter, in the summer I get too hot and I yack.

I've noticed one thing .... when I have the spins, it's usually spinning to the right, so what I do is move my head to the right and for some reason it helps now the problem with that is I can't move my head or it gets worst.

When you close you're eyes you're brain loses the sensory input of vision to tell it that you are not spinning. If you to close your eye because you are tired, fight it. If you hold your eyes shut and go through it your brain will correct itself and then you can fall asleep. But if you make it to this point do not open your eyes again, it will be the worst. Writing from experience. Long story short, if you can keep your eyes closed and hold it out, it will go away.

My method to stop the spinning is watching tv with one eye only. The TV itself is stable and enough light so when watching feels like im not really in bed but only with one eye because whenever you get double vision you must close one eye and it goes away. The stable tv frame the light and the lack of double vision makes the spinning almost dissapear and sometimes depends on how relaxed you are it makes it even relaxing and makes you fall asleep faster.

if you have the spins it does actually help to let one leg or arm hang over the bed if you laying on one. i find the spins quite comfortable though. laying in a bed with the spins is the greatest feeling ever. it feels like I'm falling deeper and deeper into bed

She is spot on. One foot on the floor, not watching anything moving (TV), breathing deeply all are the best ideas. There is no real cure I've ever found. Weed for sure will induce spins if I'm already drunk.

If you add a measured amount of deuterated water to your alcoholic drink, the D2O is denser and compensates for the lower density of the alcohol. The resulting drink will give you all the other effects of alcoholic intoxication, but not the spins. Don't overdo it though, because D2O is toxic in large quantities.

The first time I got the spins was when I drank a Full mickey (Kind of a light weight then) and then smoking weed from a Gravity bong, or buckets in my basement with my friends. after a couple bites of dinner I started feeling like shit and went to room and started puking. then I got the spins and it felt like forever until I passed out and woke up later in the night to chug a bunch of water so Wouldn't be hungover in the morning.
