You can literally go harder on a machine and do more weight safely, it’s not a bad option to mix in with free weights

I've been doing machines as much as possible, converting my exercises from using mainly dumbbells. Not only I noticed that I was less prone to injuries, but also got bigger faster because machines don't allow you to cheat or use momentum therefore having better technique

I have always preferred machines throughout last 10 years of lifting - heard how machines aren’t as good and pushing hard enough, but they were always so much better on my joints, and the stability component always helped with more muscle isolation. Glad people are finally realizing

Even though i was chubby i've been very active in childhood.
But after lockdown i went out less and became fat.
I started working out many times in the past 2 years but i couldn't go past 10 days .
You are one of the youtube channels that have inspired me to keep starting every time .
And now I've been doing it for 1 month.
100+ incline pushups
150+ sqauts daily (my leg has always been strong).
I am feeling good enough to go for another month.
And i feel by that time it might become my habit.
I might start going to the gym because I can't do pull-ups.
At the end of it i just want to say thank you

Lol, don't use a preacher curl machine, which allows you tension throughout the whole range of motion, because it's ineffective. Instead, use free weights, which don't offer tension throughout the whole range👍🏼
