Welcome to this 8 Hour Sleep Hypnosis for Confidence & Motivation inspired by my listening of the amazing work of Paul McKenna. This new sleep hypnosis is one you can put in while you are drifting off to sleep while listening to my sleep story of visiting the grounds and staying for a night at Crewe Hall in Chester, UK. I too went to stay for a weekend there, which has formed the inspiration for the start of this recording! It was a very inspiring place with a rich history and is a perfect way to start your induction into sleep where I will then fill your mind with positive messages for confidence and motivation so you can be your most powerful self.
