Welcome to this 8 Hour Sleep Hypnosis to Fall Asleep Deeply & Awake with a Positive Mindset. This guided sleep meditation has been inspired by a place I used to grow up on the Dorset coastline in South of England called Durdle Door. This is a natural limestone arch located near the town of Lulworth in Dorset. This sleep hypnosis will help you let go of any residual negativity or other thinking and pave the way for hope and optimism when you awaken in the morning from your peaceful slumber.
This recording features a countdown from 100 to 1 to help you talk you down to sleep and keep you asleep deeply all night long. After 30 minutes in you will start to hear subtle waves splashing on the beach throughout the remaining of the recording along with calming and sleep hypnosis activating music throughout.
