I was born with a speech impediment that also fluctuates with my emotions. I've been watching your videos for months now and I'm trying my best to implement your strategies into my life step by step.

I don't want to let this disability limit my potential in life. There are so many things I want to do that I shy away from because I fear being judged for my impediment.

Next month I'll be starting my first year in college and I need to improve my speaking capabilities to communicate better and present my ideas in an open manner.

Its hard because i have a serious stutter impediment developed from a young age. I never got the guidance i needed as a kid to overcome it and i got made fun of a lot in school which hurts my self-confidence to this day. Its why i avoid so many opportunities to socialize and get to know people

The problem I find is I take too much time to think of something to say because I don't relate to the topics.
I also only seem to meet two types of people: the one who doesn't care to talk, or the one who doesn't have anything in common with me therefore I have nothing to say.
