-read the Bible and pray everyday

3 things to work on:
- Better night routine to get to bed earlier
- wake up earlier for an at ease morning routine
- take time first thing at work to organize and structure my time

Loved this video❤ I’ve recently started practicing intuitive eating and food freedom and it’s going really well but since fall is coming up and so are the holidays which is mostly surrounded by food like Halloween and thanksgiving! It would be great if you could talk about and give tips on letting go and enjoying yourself in the moment without having anxiety and feeling like you have to restrict foods.
