I know some people complain about the short videos, but I think they help your channel. You give a lot of information in short digestible yet entertaining chunks. It’s much less daunting than clicking on a 30 minute Greg Doucette video going over someone’s diet

It's my 17th birthday today and its honestly surreal how much progress i made in my 15th and 16th year thanks to joe. Gained 20kg and increased strength massively. I was massively anorexic, 5'11 and 46kg at 15. Im still relitevely skinny now but Im making progress. (6'1 65kg)

I definitely agree with Joe! These new era bodybuilders just don’t have the same aesthetic as old school bodybuilders, they’re waists being too blocky was a really good example to why

FYI, Arnold and most of the famous golden era bodybuilders were actually smaller than usual when they weren't getting ready for a competition unlike the guys today. Back then bodybuilders usually grew into the show and packed on size leading up to the contest while getting leaner. Now pro bodybuilders pack on their size in an "off season" and cut down leading up to shows. The only "bulking" that the golden era pros did was mostly before they actually did their first show, they built a good base of muscle (enough to compete) through "bulking" and then began competing.

I feel like it'd be so cool to see a transofrmation if you followed his routine for 30 days or maybe 90 :) also lov ur vids you inspired me to start working out and I've already seen the difference in muscle the past month

Actually, that arm workout you did was his pre contest workout. Normally when Arni was bulking, he only hit the gym 3x per week and did powerlifting. He was doing only full body with 10 exercises on those days.
