Honestly, I exercise and haven't lost a lot of weight. I'm still overweight, BUT MY CONFIDENCE 🥵 I feel like a girl boss by exercising.

❤️❤️❤️ This is so so true. I'm not consistent with working out but I can totally vouch for the fact that the days I do exercise regularly, I feel AWESOME!! My mood is great, i sleep well, everything is just...more sorted 😊

I’m in 8th grade and when I tell people I work out they laugh because younger people aren’t usually told they work out but because I work out I’m confident and healthy and so fit and it’s helping with old eating habits and over all makes me really happy ❤

Oh yess the confidence that hits after the workout! I feel my strongest when i'm in gym, and so satisfied when i feel my energy level has gone up since i started working out😊

i started exercising just to move around, instead of looking at the calories burned and this is the first time i lost weight without starving myself 🥰

I love how body positive you are, this is so true!! 💖 (This is weird but could you make a progression series for headstands, pushups, and pullups, like couch to 5K did for running? I can do knee pushups, but it's sooo hard to do regular ones!)

I’ve been doing dance for what, like 4 years now? And I exercise at home, just to add on that extra push, it really helps! I feel a lot more confident, I get less embarrassed, I feel brave enough to do the things I would’ve never done 5 years ago. Your videos motivate me so much more for the past month or two.😅❤

I have been on and off my gym workouts for awhile, but your content what made me actually start a CONSISTENT fitness journey. I switched some of the gym for your home workouts, now I am way more regular with exercise, feel good about myself without constant anxiety in the gym. Yes! Since I started fully working out in September, I’ve noticed my concentration has improved and my way of thinking. I sometimes still dislike going out to workout however I feel sooo good afterward 😊
