I've had Poke once. I won't say that I didn't enjoy it, just not a huge fan. But nice to see how simple that recipe is and how economically it can be had. God bless you Flo, thank you both for your efforts.

Hello and good morning. That looked mighty delicious. Never had poke and would definitely like to try it. I love tuna, and have never bought it frozen but will for sure be giving it a try. We live in a world where convenience it quite prevalent and so sad when you think about all the pallets and pallets of food that get thrown out everyday from each and every grocery store. Costco purchase was clearly labeled as a “Poke Bowl” hence the rice. Most places I buy poke bowls on Oahu sell bowls at a set price, not per pound. Love Flo’s version! Missing chili pepper flakes though!

I've been waiting for this!!! I eat poke once a week. Tried making it once and it was a disaster. I have a package of sushi grade tuna in my freezer and it looks somewhat similar to your package!! But I'm looking for a sushi grade salmon. I prefer a mixture of tuna and salmon together ❤️

Your food is much better than any pre-made store bought. I have looked at those and the sodium is soooo high. I can't do that much sodium. It's like that in all store made food. I always feel the homemade is much healthier and will not have all those additives added. Thanks so much for the demonstration.
