Im recovering from a little eating disorder, so i am still very week and found this quite challenging it was very good but i had to stop half way through before i passed out. But its an awesome workout to get my muscle back. I love it thank-you heaps

Hi Brian. I like all of your workouts but this one in particular was perfect for what I wanted to accomplish today. I am not sure if the title says it all by describing it as a HIIT. I was looking for something that would be like an active recovery, in the sense that I wanted a break from dumbbells. This workout used all of my muscles in the way I wanted today. Like the other person who commented, I too am over 60 and look for low impact routines that challenge me. Perhaps something in the description indicating that this workout is a little like a standing exercise routine?

I just found you after being completly pasive for more then two years and gaining 15kg of weight. I loved this workout. I got all the sweat just like when I used to do HIIT. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

At 63, I’ve been working out for decades. I have been wanting to change things up, as I do every so often. These workouts, along with some others that I do, are perfect! They have variety and it is simple to vary the intensity as needed. I love the vertical progress bar on the side and the demonstrations of the next moves. Very nicely done! I never get bored. ❤❤❤

Awesome workout, definitely next level for me! Coach Brian, I saw a "short" from you that said add HIIT and strength training to your cardio routine, so that's what I'm doing. I want to gain more muscle mass and still enjoy working out.

almost a year ago, i suffered brain stroke and was paralyzed. But thankfully i can walk and even run again now but im having troubles with jumping, but i still need to workout. Thank you!
