It does not work this way. Have to return it. It should not have to be held while you are trying to set three numbers, with only two hands. Silly design that is impossible . The instructions say to push on the reset buttton until the other opening on the bottom moves to a nearly closed hole and then to open it by pushing again to open the hole. That is impossible to reset as it likes because it will not take a new combination and now will not open with the 0-0-0-. Too bad as I like the loop wire for closure.
