if you want to figure out the combination put force on the shackle and try spinning the numbers, The ones that wiggle a little bit freely are in the correct spot the ones that don't rotate one number up and try again resuming tension on the shackle and true to the first statement the ones that move more then not are where they need to be, when all numbers seem to be correct pull up on shackle and boom

Doesn't matter whether you use those black dashes to line up the numbers - the lock doesn't know! Just as long as you do it the same way each time.

I can't turn position 2. I guess mine doesn't work well.
I have to use default password or change it in store.
