I prefer the incline dumbbell flys, but I need to try that pre movement shoulder retraction tip. Perhaps that is what I’ve always been missing on flat bench flys. Thanks Dr. Mike.

This exercise helped much to make my chest bigger, every pressing movement would go into my shoulders but thankfully i started doing these. Im gonna get even better at them thanks for this video

Since I started to see your videos I increased a lot my muscle size and now I'm part of the 1% of do the exercises in a good form. Majority of people only lift the weights as fast they can.

I perform mine both styles...elbows bent when loaded heavy and semi straight a little lighter it simulates the machine motion and how the dumbell is seated in the hand plays sza major role in performing the exercise

You killed it...the pause is definitely necessary on the flyes i call it grabbing the pec from the dead stop

An exercise I'd love you guys to cover in this series: The deficit sumo deadlift (mostly for glute emphasis). I just feel like RP, especially Jared, has its very own patented way of doing this exercise, and you all are rather insistent about it! So I'd love to hear you methodically explain why your particular version of the sumo deficit deadlift is the best version to do. Thanks in advance.

Awesome video. A seated cable row video would be great. I’ve put in my workouts after seeing it in rp workout videos. I use the quick cues you give but a full break down would help out.
