I just got my first IPhone which is the 15 Pro Max and this video helped.. what really got me over the edge was the switch to USB-C.

I really very appreciate that you are making your videos without background music 🫡🫡
The music is really annoying on others.
Many thanks for the useful "real" videos you are making 🌹❤️

Apple is going to support RCS by this fall... took them long enough. Now Android users will be able to see typing notifications, react to messages, video txt quality being good, etc. It makes the switch from Android to Apple less tempting for me now

I do think Apple design is better and with the restrictive hardware/software controls they have, they can make improvements that is not as easy on Android. The entire eco system is interesting, but two major drawbacks for me are 1) application limitations on laptops and desktops and 2) the cost of the devices are higher for equivalent specs with almost no upgradability. To each their own. What works for one may not work for another.

As an android user, who has a MacBook, I want to get an iPhone to save time sending myself files. This video is amazing with the fact that you covered everything that I had been wanting answers for, so thank you. :)

I went from a iPhone 12 Mini to a 14 Pro and I was almost shocked by the increase in weight between the two devices. I didn’t care a lot about additional battery life because I’m almost always near a power source, I keep a MagSafe 10, 000 battery pack in my carry bag. I do love having a 3X camera though, that has come in handy for me a few times and sometimes the weight comes in handy when you’re wearing heavy winter clothes. Sometimes it was hard to find my 12 Mini in my winter clothes

What do you think about how the notifications are presented? I feel like when I switched to iPhone the notifications were a jumbled mess compared to Android. When I switched back to Android it was like a breath of fresh air. 😂

Meanwhile I had an iphone for 4 years and never touched facetime. I don't want to to see you. That's historically why I have a phone

AirDrop was my biggest reason to switch. And, I still have the iPhone X because I’ve been waiting for USB-C. I’m finally excited about upgrading my iPhone to the 15. Yay!!! 😂😂😂

I agree with the notification system. I was so used to just swiping down anywhere on android to see a list of notifications. I had to train my brain to recognize that notifications are an entirely different Notification Center on the phone.

Re: carplay split screen, just press the bottom left 'apps' button, then press it again for split screen. It'll switch to your map on one side, then media and next direction on the other.

You can also buy the case with a magsafe ring for Android phones or even just the ring itself and stick it on the back of the device or your case of choice.

After being Android dev with Android devices for my whole life, I finally got fed up and switched to iPhone.
There are a minor few very annoying things about iPhone and those are the typing experience on iPhone is bad, there notifications are difficult, selecting things are bit manual.

Notifications on Android are like the iMessage of the iPhone. They really need to just completely overhaul the notification center on iOS and more importantly make custom gestures a thing. On Android, swiping down anywhere on my home screen opens my notification drawer, and I can swipe notifications left or right to dismiss them or easily clear all. The best part is the notifications don't disappear. On iOS if you don't pay attention to app badges you'll miss notifications all the time.

Great video. Long time Android user here. When Apple gives the iPhone a back button and gets rid of that (IMO) intrusive dynamic island I may consider switching over.

I am pleased to have encountered this video. I have been a long-time user of Android devices; however, I am now earnestly considering transitioning from my Samsung S10+ to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. While a high-quality camera is of great importance to me, one of the compelling factors for my interest lies in Apple's fitness ecosystem and (hopefully) USB-C. Additionally, I intend to acquire the latest Apple Watch to complement my new phone. Presently, the only Apple products I possess are an older iPad Mini 4 and the recently released iPad Mini 6.

I hope that when you need to switch back to Android, the experience is the same.
Many years ago, when i switched from iOS to Andriod, iOS made it such a pain!

Was an android person for years but when I had an iPad everything just followed and now I just can't go back. It's like what they say once you're accustomed to the apple ecosystem that everything is just seamless it's hard to make a decision to switch to android.
